Due to COVID-19 we do not except any returns at this time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Please be sure that you have selected all the correct items and colors, as Indigo Bleu will not be responsible for misinformation due to the customer.
If you have received an item that is faulty or missing items please reach out to customer service as soon as possible. The Customer has 5 days after products have been delivered to request an exchange or notify Indigo Bleu of any missing items.
If the wrong shipping address is entered at checkout please notify customer service as soon as possible, as we will do our best to intercept but in the event that a package has already been mailed, a second shipping fee will be assessed to resend packages.
Allow 7-14 business days for shipping. As we enter the holiday season please be patient with us we have no control over the USPS mailing system.
